KEEPING OUR MOUTH SHUT AND SPEAK WISELY!!

PROVERBS 17:27

27The one who has knowledge uses words with restraint, and whoever has understanding is even-tempered.

17: 27-28   This proverb highlights several benefits of keeping quiet: (1)   It is the best policy if you have nothing worthwhile to say; (2)   it allows you the opportunity to listen and learn; and (3)   it gives you something in common with those who are wise. Make sure you pause to think and to listen so that when you do speak you will have something positive and informative to say.

Tyndale. NIV Life Application Study Bible

Boy learning to keep our mouth shut and listen to elders or those who already gained knowledge and wisdom seems hard to do!! But doing so shows our learning to be wise and knowledgable. ON THE WAY HOME WALK WITH JESUS and try not talking so much and listen to others so that you can speak wisely and knowledgably.
